We’ve been hard at work crafting an expression that not only captures the spirit of spring, but also tells the story of the journey we have been on from owning a vintage tea room on Lincoln’s famous Steep Hill to establishing the city’s award winning craft distillery.
Springtide Gin starts with bright opening notes of citrus and light floral flavours, the mid palate offers a full profile of bold loose leaf black tea, sourced from Stokes Tea & Coffee and crescendos into a long, rich finish with pink peppercorns.
Springtide Gin was specially chosen as the Craft Gin Club Gin of the Month which was a huge achievement for us and so pleased at how very well received it was by their members.
